Construction hoists and industrial elevators

Passenger elevators and goods lifts in the HP series are ideal for the transport of persons and goods in industrial areas such as the petrochemical industry, docks, or silos. They will find application in environments where technological units or storage areas are mounted vertically and need to be serviced or else maintained. This product series can also be employed in environments with a danger of explosion, where compliance with the ATEX directive is required. The DE JONG HP series consists of three models:

• HP100S with a hoist load of 1000 kg (including 12 passengers) and platform size 220 x 150 cm.
• HP150S with a hoist load of 1500 kg (including18 passengers) and platform size 300 x 150 cm.
• HP200S with a hoist load of 2000 kg (including 24 passengers) and platform size 300 x 150 cm.

The HP series has a closed cab. The maximum mast height is 150 metres and the maximum stroke speed is 60 m/min. The elevators are equipped with a frequency converter and absolute reading of motor rotations, which enables the precise definition of the height levels of particular storeys and smooth starts and roll-outs. All the steel parts are electro-galvanized; therefore the HP series can be used in more extreme environments. HP elevators are also available in variants with one cab on the guide mast (SINGLE), or in the TWIN variant, where there are two cabs on one mast.

The HP series is compliant with the ČSN-EN 81-43 standard. It can also be supplied fully in compliance with ČSN-EN 81-1 and with the CLAME code of Lloyd's Register and other international regulations.

DE JONG offers a wide range of accessories thanks to which the elevators are suitable for various climates. There is a system of heating or air conditioning for comfortable transport at temperatures from -20 up to +50 °C.

If the transport of large and wide material needs to be realized, the HP series can be supplied with a double retractable door on the front of the elevator. The elevator is equipped with a centrifugal brake and overload protection. Optionally, an automatic lubrication system for the rack-and-pinion system is available.
